Graham chaired Stocksbridge Futures through the SRB (Single Regeneration Budget) and Objective 1 programmes.

Doug has been involved with STEP for over 22 years and brings a strong blend of people-focused leadership, governance experience, and creative skill to the organisation.

Barbara arrived in Stocksbridge’s Garden Village with her family in early 1978, having originally planned to move to Keighley. Very quickly, Stocksbridge felt like home.

Born in 1946 at Barnsley Hospital, I grew up in Wath upon Dearne in a mining family, later moving to the King & Miller and then living in Deepcar.

Susie loves seeing people grow, learn and belong. Susie has always been committed to her community.

Pauline Naylor has recently re-joined the STEP Board, building on her earlier involvement as both a trustee and community representative.

Chief Executive

Sam Tarff has been involved with STEP since 2010—initially helping to recover the business, then serving as a Trustee, and later becoming part-time Chief Executive.
