The Underbank Room is a spacious, flexible venue designed to suit a wide range of large events — from elegant weddings and lively parties to high-impact conferences. The room features a small portable stage, perfect for speeches, panels, or live entertainment, along with a PA system to ensure clear sound throughout the space. It connects directly to the Langsett Room, providing easy access to the bar area and creating a smooth flow between spaces for breakout sessions, receptions, or mingling. Whether you're planning a celebration or a conference, the Underbank Room offers the space, connectivity, and amenities to bring your event to life. Whilst booking the Underbank Room for 5 hours or more you automatically receive use of Langsett Room at no extra charge (unless stated otherwise). Please use checkbox on Booking form if you want the Langset room. Reservation requires online Deposit payment (receipt email will be sent). 4. ALL Room bookings will end at 11.30pm unless agreed otherwise. 5. Rooms Coordinator will contact you after Reservation to finalise all arrangements. 6. FULL payment required within 10 days of the Day booked. 7. Basic Room rates (as of April 2025) Concession rates (non profit and Booking / Occassion has a benefit to the Local Community) Prices start at £33.00 per hour, £360 for 5 hours then £33.00 per hour after 5 hours. IMPORTANT: Max number of People allowed in room layouts for Fire Safety Standards.
