The Midhope Room is a versatile space designed for smaller gatherings, from board meetings to focused workshops. With modern amenities, a calm atmosphere, and adaptable layouts, it provides the perfect setting for productive and private sessions. NOTES: 1. You are Reserving a Day and Time for your occasion. 2. Prices shown are basic rates inclusive of VAT, full costs will be discussed after reservation. 3. Reservation requires online Deposit payment (receipt email will be sent). 4. ALL Room bookings will end at 11.30pm unless agreed otherwise. 5. Rooms Coordinator will contact you after Reservation to finalise all arrangements. 6. FULL payment required within 10 days of the Day booked. 7. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more details including the cancellations process. Basic Room rates (as of April 2025) Concession rates (non profit and Booking / Occassion has a benefit to the Local Community) Prices start at £18.75 per hour, £205 for 5 hours then £18.75 per hour after 5 hours. IMPORTANT: Max number of People allowed in room layouts for Fire Safety Standards.
